Post Modernism

The graduation collection of shoe designer Youngwon Kim is inspired by post modernism. With her designs Youngwon Kim wants to go beyond the existing framework and form of a shoe. She’s challenging and modifying what is already formalized in order to seek new possibilities within footwear design.
The result is a carefully designed shoe that stretches the boundaries of visual, technical and functional forms.

The heel part of the shoe is customizable. A very simple, yet extremely clever idea for all those DIY’ers out there.
